Trilly Dip by Janie Conroy

I have been trying to get different recipes from my mom Debby Long because she has so many great ones. She is an awesome cook and I think that she has a pretty good palate even though as she puts it does not like ‘Weird Food”. She however does like good food and this is a recipe from one of our family friends and it is called “Trilly Dip” not sure where the name came from but it is a good recipe and I wanted to share it with everyone if they need a good appetizer or a dish to take to a pot luck.

Ingredients for Trilly Dip:

6 hard boiled eggs chopped

1 pound of shredded mild cheddar

dash of paprika

dash of parsley

1/4 T Beau Monde

3 small chopped green onions

1 C of Mayonnaise

Roll and form into a ball, I am assuming you will mix it a bit.Trilly Dip
